In general, I like the quality of service, the prices are reasonable, and the personnel are friendly and professional. Areas that can be improved are time estimates for how long a job will take, and estimated time when they tell me they will call me with an update, or to call me when the job will be done. I often have to call them to ask if the job is done, because they went way past the time that they said they would call me. I have been using Honest-1 for about 4 years, and during that time period, most of the quoted times were under estimated. When that happens, it messes up MY own schedule. Except for that area that can be improved, they have so many great qualities that keep me going back when my vehicles need service!

Work completed. Very thorough in making sure the brake fluid leak was fixed, or at least the cause identified, if the problem recurs. I will return as a customer.
