Though there were some issues with broken switches that happened when the door panels were opened to find what was wrong with my car, I was made aware of it with exactly when they could fix that mistake for me, offered a ride to work so when I needed to come in would not be a big inconvenience, and was met consistently with superior customer service from the person who checked me in at the front desk and updated me about my issues to the mechanics to the workers providing transportation to and from work.

I was told by another auto shop that I needed brakes and drums and with your 2nd opinion found out I have at least a year before I will need them. I had two other shops look at the problem and your shop actually took me in to see the brakes and drums and showed me how much I have left. Thank you for your honestly,it is hard for a woman, especially, to have to make these decisions. You do have a new customer.

Best service I've had in a long time! They truly are the 'honest' auto-repair shop! Not only did they see me quickly with no appointment, but they dropped me off at work and picked me up. It's the first time I've left a shop not feeling like I was overcharged or ripped off. I will definitely be back again!
