I would just like to say I really appreciate how Brad came forward and did a pressure test on my and they freeze it went way above and beyond his call of duty excellent job I was just sorry to hear that my water pump was bad I'm deciding what to do with the truck at this time but I will probably be back thank you so much for your honest work

I called to see if a battery was available - $165 installed - also had developed ice in the wheels - my garage too cold to thaw. They tested the battery - which was fine, and kept my car inside overnight to thaw. Also cleaned the terminals...and shuttled me home. If you want service, and will be patient to allow crew to do what they are able - you will come back - incidentally - no new battery needed - bill was less than $65. Shocking. A great shop!

It was pleasant dealing with the "front desk" people, and the technicians who did the work were fabulous; such hard workers, too - to be able to go out onto the work floor to see, first hand, what needed to be done, and why was of great importance to Tom, and for us to do so without fear tracking grease or oil back out was a great joy to me. We completely endorse the name of your company, Honest-1, because that's how we were treated.

I can honestly say that I have never been more confident in my choice of auto mechanics! I'm someone who DREADS taking my car in for regular maintenance or repair services after having many encounters with manipulative, aggressive, and greedy managers at other automotive repair centers who have profited from my lack of mechanical knowledge and every mother's fears of having their car malfunction with their children in the car. Each and every time I have taken my vehicle to Honest 1-Auto Care in Anoka, I have been very pleased with their kind & respectful attitude with customers, the quality of their work, timeliness, frequent and thoughtful updates as to the status of the work being done, clear explanations, and honest estimates as to what the repair would cost and how long the repair could be postponed - I've never felt pressured to have any work performed and the aging car continues to run fine!!
