Been taking my car here for roughly about 6-7 years…overall I’ve been satisfied with their service. Oil changes, brakes, tire replacement, and a handful of other services. I do really appreciate the fact that after they inspect it they send detailed texts with pictures on things that need to be replaced in the near future or at some point down the road. They take up close pictures of what has been replaced or repaired and give a full explanation of what was wrong or explain problems that may arise if certain repairs are not addressed. I also like the fact that I am able to get my car in and out in a timely manner.

What a great experience needed a repair right away as I was on my way to the leach lake area for a week Every one in town was to busy could not in any where for at least a week.called honest one anoka there very busy also But mark and tim got me in performed my repair and I was on my way. I've brought my truck in here a couple of times always excellent service 5 stars for sure.

My vehicle was properly checked. I was advised on what to do about any maintenance concerns that existed at the time. In my short conversation with them on their observations of on my vehicle I learned things I did not know. Cost of their service was within reach of my budget. I always go back there when my situation permits I do so.

They were a complete rip off. Told me I need a completely new motor based on a visual inspection and for everything else I needed it would be $12,000 or more depending on what they see when they were in the engine compartment. I went to another shop and gave them the same list of repairs this shop told me I needed and quoted me $6,100. Not only that they charged me $120 for the visual inspection. This reply by them is absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars would be better. I told you I went to another shop and gave them the itemized list and they laughed and said "what a joke". Try and save face though.
