A rattle when I started my car. Asked if I could stop after work, I'd planned to call for regular service and an oil change. Jeremy said "Sure". They put my car up on the hoist and brought me out. That to see clamps broken causing the rattle. They fixed them for free! That's rare in today's world. They had time to change my oil, and I was on my way! That's customer service above and beyond.

Went in for an oil change. Was easy to schedule an appointment and it was quick. My only complaint is that the inspection report for my car said low engine coolant. Why didn't they just fill it?
