Dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon, no loaner was available, so I got a ride home, Monday came and called them to check status of my car, said it should be done by end of day, got a ride there still not done, got a loaner at least, Wednesday called again and asked if it was ready to be picked up, was out on a test drive to make sure it was alright to be released. No issues with breaking and no more loud screaming from them, only thing that could have made it a 5 star review was the no contact from them about the time or a "touch base" to let me know what's going on with it, estimated time for job done etc

The employees are nice and that's about the only good thing about this place. I had them replace my alternator a couple weeks back and ever since then my car has been messing up with power failures. They didnt even put the alternator in completely I had to screw a bolt In that they couldnt finish. When I go to a car place I expect them to you know fix the problem not make things worse and not even do it fully. I will never be coming here again. I dont need anymore vehicles messed up

The guys at Honest-1 were amazing! They not only provided timely and quality service, they also took the time to help me understand exactly what services were needed. They even ranked what was needed now and what could wait. Definitely going back

This was my first experience with Honest-1. Mark was very professional and courteous. I only went in for an oil change but was very pleasantly surprised that the team assessed other areas of my vehicle, rated them, and sent me explanations and pictures regarding the inspection of my vehicle -- what passed, what would soon need to be worked on, and what had failed. I will definitely be utilizing their services again! Thank you so much.
