Tim and Charlie are the mechanics who assisted me and fixed the most important issues with my SUV right away. They informed me of some more important issues that will need to be fixed as soon as I can save enough money to fix it. They also explained what the parts do for the things that still need to be fixed and whether it's critical or, if I can wait but, not too long. I love My SUV and she's 15 years old. I will continue to fix and maintain her until she drops before having a huge truck payment again and all the expenses of a new vehicle. Thank you Tim and Charlie for doing such a great job + for not selling me stuff I don't need! It's rare these days for great service so please keep up the great work! Did an awesome job! Just came in for an oil change and they checked my brakes and tires and sent a summary report with pictures of my tires and a summary of everything they checked. Went above and beyond. Thank you!
