This was my first experience at an Honest-1 service center and Tim and Mark were very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me what needed to be done and what could wait. They had my car done fast and it now runs beautifully. Would recommend these guys to anyone including my mom and they will be doing all my repairs from here on out!!!

I feel the crew at Honest-1 always charges a fair price for the work they perform. They let you know what the priority issues are, and what lesser repairs can be done down the road.

Overall good customer service, very knowledgeable, brought my car in for break pads, and rotor replacement. Had no idea how bad the bracketed calibers were getting, they found the rear calibers were locked up, and needed to be replaced. If we brought our car into anywhere else, it would have cost us just under a grand to fix. Also they were willing to let us buy our parts from O'Riley's and just charge us the labor, we were able to save almost 500 dollars because of them, a job well done.
