I brought my Ford F150 in to have an oil change. Somehow the guy that changes oil unplugged my engine block heater. It dragged for miles unknown to me. Someone at a drive-in movie told me about it. When I brought it back for them to fix it they did fix it. They sure think that my time is free when I sat there for an hour while they had to figure out how to reroute the wire harness. They didn't care to make it right, with me. But this is the 2nd time they made a mistake with oil changes. The other time they spilled oil all over my wife's engine. I will not be going back to have them change my oil.
Hi Ronny- we're very sorry you didn't have a good experience with us last time you were here. As we explained at the time, your block heater cord was installed improperly by the dealer as there were unused fir tree clips. It's likely the plug came out during normal use of your truck over the past 56k miles and had nothing to do with our oil change service (as the block heater cord is nowhere near the oil plug or filter) but sometimes mistakes happen and we always do our best to make it right. We're happy we could reinstall it correctly for you and get you back on the road.
