Sent my young college son to honest auto to get a sporty car inspected as I couldn’t be there with my son because I’m on hospice , honest auto saved my son 11,000 by educating my son on all the problems with said car . As a parent I’m having a good day thanks to honest auto . I would drive 100 miles just to do more business with honest auto . I couldn’t be there but honest auto was there for my young man and that means everything to parent especially one that’s on hospice care . My son learned a valuable lesson today about shady car dealers and the fake smiles and made-up paperwork to boot but my son also learned there’s also great people out there too . Thank you Honest 1 auto you touched my heart today .

Overcharged and unnecessarily upsold parts. Wouldn't tell me the brand of parts being used so I could look up to see that they were overcharging me, I had no choice but to go there from st. Cloud because the tow truck that AAA hired wouldn't change the destination so I was literally forced to pay about 600 dollars more than I needed to for breaks. Ridiculous. Con-men. "Honest"ly crooks! Also found out after the fact that the only thing they actually did for the almost 900 dollars they charged me, was to go in and loosen a bunch of bolts and purposely make my car more dangerous. I still regret NOT suing them. Sexist and unethical crooks.

Really helped me out in a pinch when the shop across the street closed. I found my new auto shop. Thank you

Your immediate response to the problem with our Toyota was top notch. We appreciate you going above and beyond in order to find the source of the excessive oil usage. Hopefully the problem has been solved. Many companies may have ditched us and ignored our email. Thank you for being honest and reliable!

I just compared Honest 1's labor costs with a Lexus dealership for replacing spark plugs and found out Honest 1 charged significantly higher for labor. One service I had there, I was charged 5x the actual market price of a part. Another time they incorrectly diagnosed my car, several days and over 3 hundred of dollars later, found out it was simply a $50 repair. I don't know if it was incompetence or I was completely taken advantage of. Really disappointed and looking back, I'm embarrassed how many times I walked out of that place looking like a fool. I rarely write poor reviews, but after several services performed there I 100% do not recommend this location. Reading other reviews on here and on Nextdoor, seems like my experience is not uncommon.
